How do I send a parcel in Accra?
Open the Mckot site or app, enter your pickup and drop-off addresses and a few parcel details, and confirm. A rider collects from your door and delivers the same day. You can also book over WhatsApp.
How much does it cost to send a parcel in Accra?
Parcel delivery starts at GHS 35 within one zone, around GHS 50 across adjacent zones, and GHS 60 on the Tema corridor. You see the exact price before you confirm.
Can the person receiving the parcel pay for it?
Yes. Cash-on-delivery is built in. The recipient can pay the rider in cash, or you can pay by Mobile Money when you book.
How big a parcel can I send?
Mckot handles small to mid-size parcels that fit safely on a motorbike: envelopes, boxes, bags, and everyday items. For larger or bulk loads, message us and we will advise on the best option.
